ROBERT (BOB) CARTER Bob was born and educated in Scotland. He studied draughtmanship and marine technology at Glasgow’s Clydeside. While over all Bob was self taught, he attended studies in landscape and Portraiture and painting in a variety of media. His favourite subjects remain to be landscapes, seascapes and Portraits (modern and traditional) and working in oil or acrylics.
