Maureen is a self-taught artists with a keen love of nature and the out doors which began in early childhood. Wile working full time in the financial sector she fitted in “hobby “ Painting, selling watercolours to personal collectors and at craft shows, as well as giving paintings for silent auctions to raise money for children’s hospital and a nursing home. Her favourite painting subjects are landscapes and flowers

When she moved to Peterborough on retirement, Maureen joined the gallery and now spends more time enjoying the gift God gave her.
